Some VERY Critical Items
Passwords .. URGENT
IF NOT ALREADY DONE (menu5) Go to Screen: Top_ <cr> <cr> And enter p and <cr> to CHANGE FROM DEFAULT PASSWORD ..
  • Currently with NON-Crypt Min 9 to 32+ (once Max 8, Min 6) characters
  • No names, words or acronyms in any language,
  • No word pairs, or above reverse spelled,
  • No wordsN or Nwords (N 0-9)
  • GOOD passwords have minimally 2 Upper, 2 Lower, 2 numerics, 2 specials or more (Min 9)
  • WeCrack each night
  • Change often, some folks collect passwords from the nets.
  • OR .. At the Unix Prompt .. type
  • passwd <space> myusername <enter>
  • then type the same NON-WORD password, twice ..
OR
Change password
from Unix prompt		 Host% passwd myusername <cr> ( Return or Enter )
Enter OldPassword <cr>
Enter NewPassword <cr> once
Enter NewPassword <cr> and again, the same
YES .. In Unix/Linux the Command is spelled "p_a_s_s_w_d" (passwd).
